The Pelicans take on the L.A. Lakers in the Smoothie King Center.

Parking

Parking is available in Caesars Superdome Garages 2 and 5, as well as surrounding parking lots, including Lot 3. Click here to view the ingress traffic and parking map.

  • Garage 2, 5, and Lots 3 and 3A are available for pass parking only.
  • Patrons can pay to park in Garage 1 and 6 on game days.
  • ADA Parking is located in Lot 3 of the Smoothie King (entrance located on Girod Street under the overhang). Parking is on a first come, first serve basis. To gain access to accessible parking, proper vehicle registration is required as well as a current disabled placard with a matching identification card.

Camera Policy

No video cameras and no professional cameras with lenses longer than 6". All other cameras are allowed.

Cashless Operation

The Smoothie King Center is a cashless operation including all concessions, merchandise, and parking. Cash will not be accepted as a form of payment at any parking, retail, or concession locations within the Smoothie King Center.

Guests may convert their cash to a Visa Card by at the following Guest Service locations throughout the Arena at Sections 104 & 304.

Visa Cards are sold in $25 and $50 denominations and can be used at ANY POS location in the building including merchandise. Any remaining balance on the debit card can be used at locations where debit payments are accepted.

Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited in the Smoothie King Center

  • Aerosol Cans
  • Animals (with the exception of service animals)
  • Audio/visual recording devices (includes GoPro, Google Glass, Spectacles, etc.)
  • Banners/Flags: Spectators are not permitted to use or wave flags, banners, signs or other items that are affixed to any pole or stick made of wood, metal, plastic, or any other hard material, and that is more than 11 by 17 inches in size.
  • Bats and clubs
  • Beach Balls
  • Bottles
  • Cans
  • Clothing, garments or signs displaying explicit language, profanity or derogatory characterization towards any person(s)
  • Containers of any kind
  • Contraband
  • Drones
  • Fireworks
  • Frisbees
  • Glass
  • Glitter
  • Hard-sided Bags
  • Helium Balloons
  • Horns
  • Illegal Substances
  • iPads/ Tablets/ Laptop
  • Large/oversized bags and backpacks. Maximum bag size is 14” width x 14” height x 6” depth
  • Laser pointers or any similar devices
  • Mace or pepper spray
  • Mascot headwear of any kind
  • Monopods
  • Noisemakers
  • Objects that create optical illusions (pinwheels, umbrellas, etc.)
  • Outside food and beverage
  • Poles
  • Professional and/or commercial cameras with interchangeable or detachable lenses

Bag Policy

Any bag, purse, backpack, or briefcase that is larger than 14" x 14" x 6" will not be allowed into the Smoothie King Center. This policy will be strictly enforced, and the Smoothie King Center is unable to store oversized or prohibited items. An exception will be made for declared medically necessary items, after proper inspection. Per NBA guidelines, all bags will be subject to the screening process through the X-ray machines. The use of X-ray machines will be a contactless step that takes the place of manual bag searches. There will be dedicated entry lines for bags and no bags at each entrance to assist with our entry process.

Prohibited bags include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Cinch bags
  • Oversized luggage
  • Coolers
