Bill Burr (Slight Return)

Bill Burr announced the second leg of his Bill Burr (Slight Return) tour, produced by Live Nation, which will visit 25 cities starting on September 8th through December 17th. On the heels of his historic show in Boston as the first comedian to headline Fenway Park this August, following stops include Tulsa, Philadelphia, and Chicago before wrapping up in San Antonio on December 17.

About Bill Burr

A Grammy-nominated comedian, Bill Burr is one of the top comedic voices of his generation achieving success in TV and film as well as on stage.  Bill’s Monday Morning Podcast is one of the most downloaded comedy podcasts and his arena and amphitheater tour, Bill Burr (Slight Return), will tour North America throughout 2022.  On August 21, Bill will make history as the first comedian to perform at Fenway Park.  On June 6, Bill will host the Netflix special, Bill Burr Presents: Friends Who Kill.  Bill recently shot the film, Old Dads, which he co-wrote, directed and will star in alongside Bobby Cannavale and Bokeem Woodbine. His animated Netflix series, F Is For Family, stars Bill, Laura Dern, Justin Long and Sam Rockwell in the cast and premiered its fifth and final season on Thanksgiving Day, 2021.  On November 5, Bill premiered his Roku series, Bill Burr Presents: Immoral Compass, and in September, Bill made a guest appearance as Coach Bobson in episode 7 of the hit FX on Hulu series, Reservation Dogs.  Bill made his debut as host of Saturday Night Live on October 10, 2020; he stars opposite Pete Davidson and Marisa Tomei in the Judd Apatow film, The King of Staten Island; and he stars as Mayfeld in The Mandalorian on Disney Plus.  In September 2019, he released his sixth hour-long comedy special, Bill Burr: Paper Tiger, which was nominated for a Grammy Award, was recorded at London’s Royal Albert Hall and is streaming on Netflix.  Bill was seen in the Hugh Jackman film, The Front Runner; the Mark Wahlberg and Will Ferrell film, Daddy’s Home; he co-stars opposite Kevin Costner in the indie film, Black or White; was seen in the Paul Feig film, The Heat, alongside Sandra Bullock and Melissa McCarthy and in the Al Pacino and Christopher Walken film Stand Up Guys.  Bill received raves for his recurring role as “Kuby” on the hit AMC-TV show, Breaking Bad

Phone-Free Experience

​​​​​​​This event will be a phone-free experience. Use of phones will not be permitted in the performance space.

Upon arrival at the venue, phones will be secured in individual Yondr pouches that will be opened at the end of the event. Guests maintain possession of their devices at all times, and can access them throughout the event only in designated Phone Use Areas within the venue. All devices will be re-secured in Yondr pouches before returning to the performance space.

 

All pouches and equipment are routinely sanitized. The Yondr staff is trained and required to follow safety guidelines and hygiene protocols to practice social distancing, minimal contact and wear required personal protective equipment.

 

Anyone seen using a device during the performance will be escorted out of the venue by security. We appreciate your cooperation in creating a phone-free experience.

Clear Bag Policy

All bags are prohibited other than clear vinyl bags no larger than 12" wide x 12" height x 6" deep, Gallon Size Ziploc Bags (Limit 1 of either) and Small Clutch Purses no larger than 4.5" x 6.5". Non-clear Diaper bags are prohibited.

A clear diaper bag (no larger than 12" wide x 12" height x 6" deep) is permitted. Each member of a family, including children, would be allowed to carry an approved clear bag and a clutch purse into the arena. Outside Food & Drink, Cans, Bottles, Weapons, Fireworks, Contraband, Video Cameras, Cameras with lens exceeding 6”, Recording Devices, Sticks/poles/Selfie Sticks, iPads, GoPros, Confetti, Glitter, Beach balls, Laser Pointers, Mace, Artificial Noisemakers, Drones, Whistles and Containers of any kind are prohibited on the Smoothie King Center property. Any other items determined unacceptable by management will also be prohibited.

Cashless Operation

The Smoothie King Center is a cashless operation including all concessions, merchandise, and parking. Cash will not be accepted as a form of payment at any parking, retail, or concession locations within the Smoothie King Center.

Guests may convert their cash to a Visa Card at the Guest Service location in Section 104.

Visa Cards are sold in $25 and $50 denominations and can be used at ANY POS location in the building including merchandise. Any remaining balance on the debit card can be used at locations where debit payments are accepted.
