To provide the fastest, safest entry, no bags of any kind are permitted at Smoothie King Center for NBA Youngboy on October 19th and October 20th, 2025.
This includes (but is not limited to): purses, backpacks, clear bags, clutches, wristlets, fanny/waist packs, camera bags, drawstring bags, tote bags, diaper bags, laptop sleeves, and cases with straps or handles.

Allowed items (carry on your person/pockets only):

• Mobile phone, keys, wallet/cardholder (must fit in pockets)
• Medically necessary items as outlined below

Accessibility & Medical Accommodations:
Guests with disabilities or medical needs may bring medically necessary items (e.g., insulin, EpiPens, breast pumps, ostomy supplies) after inspection at the designated entry. To help us help you:

• Before the event (recommended): Email ada@asmneworleans.com at least 24–48 hours in advance with your name, event, and a brief description of the item(s).

Important notes:

• There is no bag storage on site. Please plan accordingly. 
• Secured lockers: Limited paid lockers are available first-come, first-served located in Parking Lot 3A, directly across from the Box Office. Availability is not guaranteed. Fees apply. Locker contents are the renter’s responsibility; Smoothie King Center is not liable for loss, theft, or items left after the event.
• Items left outside the entry or surrendered to security cannot be stored or returned. Smoothie King Center is not responsible for lost, stolen, or abandoned items.
• All guests and items are subject to security screening. Entry is not guaranteed if a guest refuses screening or is in possession of prohibited items.
• This policy is subject to change without notice. Management reserves the right to make the final decision on any item’s admissibility.

FAQ 

Q: What counts as a “bag”?
A: Any item with a pocket, zipper, clasp, drawstring, strap, or handle—e.g., purses, clutches, fanny packs, backpacks, camera/lens bags, laptop sleeves, totes, clear bags, and diaper bags.

Q: Can I bring a wallet?
A: Yes, if it fits in your pocket and has no strap. It will be subject to screening.

Q: How are medical needs handled?

A: Medically necessary items are allowed after inspection at the Accessibility/Medical Screening Lane. Email ada@asmneworleans.com 24–48 hours prior for a smoother arrival.

Q: Is there bag storage?
A: No. Items left outside or surrendered to security cannot be stored or returned.

Q: Will I be refunded if I’m denied entry for bringing a bag?
A: Tickets are subject to compliance with venue policies. Entry may be denied for non-compliance.

Smoothie King Center is a cashless operation including all concessions, merchandise, and parking. Cash will not be accepted as a form of payment at any parking, retail, or concession location within the Smoothie King Center.

Guests may convert their cash to a Master Card at Section 108 near the Guest Services location.

Master Cards are sold at a maximum $500 and can be used at any POS location in the building including merchandise.

All bags are prohibited other than clear vinyl bags no larger than 14" wide x 14" height x 6" deep, Gallon Size Ziploc Bags (Limit 1 of either) and Small Clutch Purses no larger than 4.5" x 6.5". Non-clear Diaper bags are prohibited. A clear diaper bag (no larger than 14" wide x 14" height x 6" deep) is permitted. Each member of a family, including children, would be allowed to carry an approved clear bag and a clutch purse into the arena. Outside Food & Drink, Cans, Bottles, Weapons, Fireworks, Contraband, Video Cameras, Cameras with lens exceeding 6”, Recording Devices, Sticks/poles/Selfie Sticks, iPads, GoPros, Confetti, Glitter, Beach balls, Laser Pointers, Mace, Artificial Noisemakers, Drones, Whistles and Containers of any kind are prohibited on the Smoothie King Center property. Any other items determined unacceptable by management will also be prohibited.

Advance parking is available for purchase. We encourage all guests driving to the show to secure pre-paid parking ahead of the event.
