Parking

Parking is available in Caesars Superdome Garages 2 and 5, as well as surrounding parking lots, including Lot 3. Click here to view the ingress traffic and parking map.
- Garage 2, 5, and Lots 3 and 3A are available for pass parking only.
- Patrons can pay to park in Garage 1 and 6 on game days.
- ADA Parking is located in Lot 3 of the Smoothie King (entrance located on Girod Street under the overhang). Parking is on a first come, first serve basis. To gain access to accessible parking, proper vehicle registration is required as well as a current disabled placard with a matching identification card.

Camera Policy

No video cameras and no professional cameras with lenses longer than 6". All other cameras are allowed.

Bags cannot exceed 14" x 14" x 6" per bag. Other prohibited items include Animals (with the exception of service dogs), Backpacks/knapsacks, Banners (large or in poor taste), Bats, Beach balls, Bottles, Cans, Clubs, Containers, Drones, Whistles, Contraband, Fireworks, Glass, Glitter, Helium balloons, Large/oversized bags. (Maximum bag size is 14" width x 14" height x 6" depth), Laser pointers, Mace, Mascot headwear of any kind, Noisemakers, Outside food and drink, Poles, Projectiles, Selfie sticks, Stickers, Sticks, Strollers, Unauthorized marketing/soliciting/vending, Video and audio recording devices (includes GoPros, etc.), Weapons, and any other item(s) deemed unacceptable by Venue Management (ASM Global).

Smoke Free Facility

There are NO designated smoking locations for the 2020-2021 New Orleans Pelicans season in order to reduce unnecessary gatherings.

Cashless Operation

The Smoothie King Center is a cashless operation including all concessions, merchandise, and parking. Cash will not be accepted as a form of payment at any parking, retail, or concession locations within the Smoothie King Center.
Guests may convert their cash to a Visa Card by at the following Guest Service locations throughout the Arena at Sections 104 & 304.Visa Cards are sold in $25 and $50 denominations and can be used at ANY POS location in the building including merchandise. Any remaining balance on the debit card can be used at locations where debit payments are accepted.
