Accessible Seating Locations (ASL/ADA) & Ticketing

Wheelchair accessible seating, semi-ambulatory seating and removable armrest seating are located in various sections and levels throughout the Smoothie King Center. When requesting tickets, please identify your mobility needs and/or if you need a seating location that is accessible for a standard-sized wheelchair, larger scooter, or other mobility device. People purchasing a ticket for an accessible seat may purchase up to three additional, contiguous seats for their companions in the same row. For relocations, only one companion may accompany a guest with disabilities in designated seating areas, if available. Please discuss companion seating with the Box Office when purchasing an ASL/ADA ticket.

If a patron has purchased a ticket that is not designated as an accessible seating location (ASL/ADA), that patron should call the Box Office at (504) 587-3822 for proper seating arrangements. Please see Relocation Policy for more information.

All ticketing inquiries should be directed to the Smoothie King Center Box Office at (504) 587-3822. Pelicans ticketing inquiries should be directed to the Pelicans Box Office at (504) 525-4667.

Accessible (ADA) Seating Relocation Policy

Please call several days before an event to be relocated to accessible seating. Please be aware that while SMG will attempt to accommodate you however possible, we cannot guarantee that there will be an available relocation seat for you. SMG is not responsible for ticket sales for some events, and we cannot guarantee the availability of additional seats at events, particularly those events that are sold out. If you encounter an issue during an event with your ticket or seating, please visit the nearest Guest Services Desk.

ADA Greeters

ADA Greeters are members of the SMG Guest Services Staff who are specifically designated to assist guests with disabilities and their companions during major Smoothie King Center events. They can be identified by vests and bright blue badges with an ADA wheelchair icon. Because they are actively assisting patrons during events, ADA Greeters move throughout the venue. Patrons who need help locating an ADA Greeter can ask any Guest Services Representative for assistance.
