Accessible Parking

To gain access to ADA parking, proper vehicle registration is required, as well as a current placard with matching identification.
Please be advised, all parking is limited on Saints game days. Accessible parking on both the East and West sides of Sugar Bowl Drive, and on level one of Garage 1A are first-come, first-served. For accessible parking inquiries, comments, or concerns, please contact our Parking Offices:

Accessible Restrooms

Accessible stalls are provided in every restroom location, on all levels of the Smoothie King Center. Single stall restrooms are available in the following locations:
- Ground Level: East Lobby
- 100 Level: across from Section 108
- 300 Level: across from Section 310

Accessible Seating & Ticketing Information

Wheelchair accessible seating, semi-ambulatory seating, and removable armrest seating are in varying sections and levels throughout our facilities. When requesting tickets, please identify your mobility needs and/or if you need a seating location that is accessible for a standard-sized wheelchair, larger scooter, or other mobility device. Ticketing inquiries should be directed to the Box Office at (504) 587-3822.
If you have purchased a ticket that is not designated as an accessible seating location (ASL/ADA) but you are in need of such, please refer to the ticket exchange and relocation policy tab below.
The Smoothie King Center Box Office is a walk-up service only. For more information please call 504-587-3822.

ADA Facilitators
-
ADA Facilitators are positioned inside main entry gates to help assist patrons via wheelchair both to and from seating sections. Please note, ADA Facilitators do not transport to restrooms; concession stands or outside our facilities due to safety and liability reasoning. Post event, ADA Facilitators do take calls in the order received.

Assisted Listening Devices

At the Smoothie King Center, ALDs are available at the Guest Services Desk across from Section 108. For issuance of an assistive listening device, you will be required to submit a valid government photo ID which will be held until the device is returned.

Elevators
-
Accessible elevators service all levels of the Smoothie King Center.
- Elevators 1 & 2 service Suites and patrons with disabilities and are located inside of the entrance at the West/Northwest corner of the Smoothie King Center, behind the large, concrete staircase.
- Elevators 3 & 4 service all patrons and are located inside the Smoothie King Center between the Northeast entrance on Girod Street and the East ground entrance on the corner of Girod and LeRouge St.
- The Club Elevator is located inside the venue across from the Northeast entrance.

If you need medical assistance during an event, please reach out to a member of our Event Day Staff for assistance. If you need to reach a specific First Aid location, you may call (504) 587-3663. You will be prompted to enter a 4-digit extension that will connect you. Extensions are listed below:

Guest Services on Event Days

For any questions or concerns during an event, please contact the nearest Guest Services Representative (i.e. Usher, Ticket Taker or Security staff) or approach a Guest Services Desk for assistance.
Guest Services Desk locations are as follows:
- Ground Level in between Northeast and East entrances (for floor and club patrons)
- 100 Level across from Section 108
- 300 Level across from Section 310

Interpreting Services

Requests for interpretation services should be made at least thirty (30) business days prior to an event. To submit a request, please contact (504) 587-3990.
Important to note, although we do our very best to accommodate every request, Interpreting Services are subject to availability as we rely on outside organizations who are certified and meet all ADA requirements.

Mobility Device/Stroller storage

At the Smoothie King Center, guests can check in their device across from Section 108. For everyone’s safety, mobility devices and strollers must not impede or obstruct pathways and emergency exits. Our facilities hold no responsibility if any unattended device is lost, stolen or damaged.

Sensory Inclusion

Guided by experts from KultureCity, Smoothie King Center has implemented the following procedures, guidelines, and opportunities to better serve guests with sensory sensitivities:

Sensory Bags: Guests may checkout Sensory Bags at no cost to utilize fidget toys, noise canceling headphones, and other resources during events. For checkout at the Smoothie King Center, sensory bags can be checked out at the Guest Services Desk across from Section 108. In exchange for the issuance of a sensory bag, you will be required to submit a valid government issued photo ID.

Quiet Rooms: KultureCity Quiet Rooms provide a quiet relaxing space for guests with sensory processing needs. Please visit the nearest Guest Services Desk to obtain the room’s location. Sensory Bags are available inside all KultureCity Quiet Rooms.

Service Animals

Trained service animals that assist guests with disabilities are permitted inside Caesars Superdome. Please note, comfort animals are not classified as service animals according to the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Ticket Exchange/Relocation Policy
-
Exchanges and relocations can only be made on the day of the event. If you purchased non-accessible seating, and you cannot or do not wish to sit where your original ticket(s) indicate, you (plus a companion) have the option to swap out your ticket(s). Be aware, this is subject to availability.
Relocations are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis according to the level of the original ticket(s). To inquire about being relocated to an ADA seat, please adhere to the following locations:
Pelicans Games: It’s highly recommended to inquire about ADA relocations at the NE Box Office (corner of Dave Dixon Drive and Le Rouge Lane) prior to entering the facility. All remaining relocations will be re-directed to our Guest Services Desks across from Sections 108 and 310.
Non-Pelicans Events: Please see the Box Office Rep. to the right of our Guest Services Desks located across from Section 108.

Wheelchairs

The Smoothie King Center has a limited supply of wheelchairs that can be loaned out on a first come, first-served basis. A government issued identification is required to check out a wheelchair. At the Smoothie King Center, guests can check out a wheelchair across from Section 108.
